Lost Power To outlets or part of house
There is many reasons for lost power to outlets or part of home. The outlet circuit that works while another part loses power is mainly due to a problem where the circuit wiring has experienced a separation with the circuit wiring or bad connections.
The cause may be found at the last outlet where the power was normal. The problem may be with a burnt connection of the wiring to the outlet, or a splice that has burnt apart.
Another reason you may find a problem in the electrical panel. It can a tripped circuit breaker, blown fuse, or a breaker has gone bad and needs to be replaced. The circuit must be identified and turned off before any service is performed.
